1:1 scale model of a portion of myocardium.
The model depicts the portion of the myocardium including the valvular planes (valves should be downloaded separately: Mitral valve and Tricuspide valve). The internal anatomy is highly detailed and shows the trabeculae carneae and the superior portion of the papillary muscles.
It is possible to appreciate the pathological dilation of the right ventricle, compared to the left one that is hypotrophic. It is possible to observe the pathological dilation of the tricuspid valvular orifice and the stenosis of the pulmonary valve orifice (the valve has been replaced by a prosthetic one).
